"Experience you can trust!" I am very fortunate, along with my partner and wife, Ann, to have spent my career of 41+ years helping people successfully market their homes in the Twin Cities. We have had the honor of helping many buyers find their perfect new home. Together, Ann and I have sold thousands of properties including many lakeshore homes both in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area. A person's primary residence is usually their most valuable asset and therefore must be handled with the utmost of care and competency. We pride ourselves on the detail of our work, our communications with our clients, and our success rate for our clients. As a testament to that, nearly 90% of our business comes from repeat and referral business. We are currently working with the children and even the grandchildren of some of our original customers. Although some personal promotion is needed, we believe in promoting YOUR HOME in our advertising which includes the use of thousands of web sites, print media, social media, and more. We have experience in new construction, resales, investment properties, land, multi-family units, luxury properties, rental, commercial, historical properties, retirement properties, farm properties, downsizing, second homes, and more - and are proud to be military friendly.

We also work with Dweling homes and in helping new folks to our area.
