We still get so much joy working with people in real estate who become our friends. 2021 marked our 37th year in real estate, and in 2022 we are embarking on our 38th year. Every day, we are truly amazed at the number of people we have been able to help over the years. Not just when they buy or sell, but often they are just looking for advice on home improvements or need a current value on their home. We are grateful they know we are always there for them.
Reputation and experience are two things that have to be earned, and it’s good to know that the hard work we’ve done over the years is recognized both by those we’ve worked for and with. We embrace the latest in the constantly evolving tools that enable us to get the information needed to “make homes happen”. With our years of experience nothing surprises us much anymore, except the joy we still get from helping people.
We have been fortunate to work with so many great people from throughout the greater Twin Cities metro area, especially in the west metro. But you should know that we also work in central and northern Minnesota. We have a network of the best agents in those areas. We helped three families buy or sell second homes in the “up north” region this last year alone.
So, let’s bring on some more joy in 2022. Nothing makes us happier than to help our family and friends, folks we’ve helped before and those we haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting, to find a special place to call home. Feel free to contact us with any of your real estate questions or needs.Thank you to all of you for so much fun! Here’s to another great year!
